LARASA Learning Centers

Please visit the LARASA Learning Centers web site
LARASA initiated five Learning Centers in the Denver metropolitan area in September 2005 to improve the academic achievement of at-risk or disadvantaged students and help reduce the school drop-out rate for Latino students. LARASA is working together with Hope Co-op to provide a tuition-free, virtual, public charter school designed to meet the needs of at-risk students in Colorado. These efforts have created the LARASA Learning Centers. As an approved Hope Online Learning Academy Co-Op Learning Center, the LARASA Learning Centers provide Colorado kids in grades 6-12 with an opportunity to participate in online education with individualized, in-person support from nurturing mentors.
